I defined, designed, and implemented the SMB companies' sign-up and checkout flow for seven countries—the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Chile, and Argentina. I was in charge of the whole product management and development, working closely with engineering, design, analytics, sales, and marketing teams to construct the solution in a way that would maximize SMB sign-ups and activations.

Booking APIs

Launched the first set of booking APIs that allowed Gympass's fitness partners to integrate with Gympass's platform.

Gympass is the world's best corporate platform that offers unlimited access to gyms and wellbeing apps, being an all-in-one membership and digital product. It is a three-edge platform, one of which is the fitness partners—gyms and studios. To increase Gympass's penetration in the US, it was critical to provide APIs so that the fitness partners in the US could integrate their class management systems into Gympass's system and offer a first-class booking experience to their members.

Marketplace for Fitness Facilities

Built the marketplace from scratch and started to operate it in just three months.

Gympass Plus is a marketplace exclusively for Gympass fitness partners and a new Gympass business unit created to sell equipment and accessories at a very competitive price. I collaborated with other business areas, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that all the product's aspects were in place in time for its launch.

Innovative Location Analytics Product

Led the product discovery process and development of the MVP to test the product-market fit of an innovative location analytics and data intelligence product to address the lead generation needs of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Geofusion is a location analytics platform, a B2B SaaS that enables huge companies in Brazil to make better market intelligence decisions. For FMCG vertical, the platform addresses the growth needs by providing a data intelligence solution to find high-quality leads and salesforce territory management.

SSL Certificate

Launched a new SSL certificate product by leading the development of the team's initiatives and working closely with product markets to define the go-to-market strategy.

Locaweb is the lead web hosting in Latin America, and I managed the development of the solution to offer an SSL certificate to their customers. I also led the team's initiatives from the discovery phase to launch and collaborated closely with others, including legal and marketing teams and operations and customer support, to ensure that all aspects of the product were in place.
